To All My Valued Customers, Friends, Colleagues, Mentors, and Family;

As we are Celebrating 10 years of ClinServ’s success, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who contributed in this achievement and success, please accept my deep gratefulness for all your continued support and encouragement throughout my career path.

As an ambitious student, I left Lebanon after high school in 1990 to France, to study and discover new visions of Pharmacy and other healthcare majors in France; this was at the end of the Lebanese civil war. The first thank you goes to Dr Jean-Marc Gandon, CEO of Biotrial, a French CRO who offered me this precious learning opportunity between 1995 and end 2001, starting from my French Pharmacy School internship.

This doesn’t go also without remembering Pr. Herve Allain, May God bless his generous soul, who was Head of Pharmacology and Neurology Department in Rennes Medicine School, EMEA Neurology Expert and major Neurology Key Opinion Leader, who has asked several waivers in 1994-1995 to the Dean of Pharmacy and Medicine School in Rennes France, allowing me to perform all my internship program in his department, when he discovered since day 1, my passion for research, then introduced me to Biotrial, Prof. Allain, we will forever cherish your mentoring and input in building ClinServ.

The third thank you goes to key opinion leaders in France, like Pr. Jean-Marc Orgogozo in Bordeaux, who supported me in the first big contracts ClinServ was running in France.

Then, ClinServ was already prospering in France, and in 2006, the war against Lebanon puzzled me and I remembered what my father used to say to me; “Each one of us has a mission in life, and since you are born in a privileged family who was exceptionally not affected during the war, then your mission is to study and evolve to help your Country, Region & People”…So, I decided to take the initiative of expanding ClinServ and then was established the Head quarter in Lebanon and from there ClinServ has expanded to the Middle east and Africa region, this was a big challenge for me since I have grown to be  a European adult in mentality and business practices despite of being Lebanese. However this challenge was the motivation to grow ClinServ from European roots to bridge between cultures and open collaborations horizons and communication channels.

Arriving to Lebanon end December 2006, a big thank you to HE Pr Mohamad Jawad Khalifeh, former Lebanese Minister of Public Health (2004-2011), who recognized the need for establishing and developing clinical research infrastructures in Lebanon & the region and gave me the honor of being his advisor on clinical research topics in Ministry and in international conferences.

Also great thanks to all Arab and Lebanese Health Authorities representatives and All Arab and Lebanese key opinion leaders and medical directors of major health institutions, for their trust in ClinServ’s credibility and unique expertise.

Thank you to All American and European Clients who trusted ClinServ when I said;"WE CAN DO IT IN THE MIDDLE EAST"
